However, recent droughts have brought scrutiny on the industries’ water and resource requirements. Studio Eleven57 has been working with the Almond Board leadership to strengthen the almond value proposition, build global demand and drive strategy and innovation to help the industry thrive on its’ journey to become carbon neutral and zero waste.

Strategy: 20+ year relationship driving global demand strategy including industry vision, Board strategic planning and long-range market development.


Innovation: Future trends and scenario planning to inform the Almond Board innovation continuum and build new platforms for competitive advantage.

The National Pork Board

Becoming the Global Protein of Choice

Pork is the most consumed protein in the world but lags behind beef and chicken on many important demand drivers. Studio Eleven57 is working with the industry to re-position U.S. Pork as a global leader in taste, health and sustainability. This includes setting industry goals and strategies to help feed and nourish a growing population while becoming a leader in sustainable agriculture.

Strategy: 6-year relationship driving industry strategic planning to create new platforms for competitive advantage and consumer demand.


Research: Worked with NPB leadership and partners to build an extensive and comprehensive, multi-channel demand landscape.


Competency Development:
Helping to envision and develop new internal competencies including nutrition research, innovation and sustainability.


Sustainability Strategy:
Worked with NPB leadership and partners to elevate industry ethical principles and set social responsibility and sustainability goals.

By 2030, the US Pork industry will reduce GHG emission by 40%

 (from a 2015 baseline, on its path to GHG neutrality) 


 

The Hass Avocado Board

Building Sustainability Into the DNA of the Industry

Avocados are one of the most delicious, nutritious and loved fruits in the U.S.. Studio Eleven57 is working with the industry to build on these equities and realize industry sustainability aspirations. This includes driving research, innovation and best practices through the creation of the Avocado Sustainability Center.

Sustainability Strategy: 4-year relationship driving sustainability strategy to guide industry goals and aspirations. Working with HAB leadership and the multi-country Avocado Sustainability Advisory to develop the strategic plan to create and launch the Avocado Sustainability Center.

Research: Worked with HAB leadership and partners to conduct extensive qualitative and quantitative consumer research regarding awareness, importance and priority of sustainability in the avocado industry.
